What kind of photos should I upload?

For the best result, choose photos that are clear, bright, and good quality, where faces and details are easy to see.

Avoid blurry, dark, or very distant shots.

🚫 We can’t accept:

  • Nude or sexual content
  • Photos including Disney or copyrighted characters

  • Photo collages

👥 For best results, we recommend 4–5 people maximum per photo.

What if I need help choosing a photo or have a special request?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each order is processed one by one, with care.

During busy periods (holidays, Valentine’s Day), total delivery time may take up to 4/6 weeks.

We know waiting can be hard, but every book takes time because it’s made especially for you.

If you’re ordering for a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible !

How accurate will my book be compared to my photos?

Each book is created from your photos, and the final result depends on their quality.

Clear, well-lit photos with fewer people allow for more precise details.

For photos with larger groups or complex backgrounds, some small variations in details may occur.

That said, the most important elements of each photo are always preserved.

These subtle variations are part of what makes each book a creative and personal interpretation of your memories.
