Refund policy

As each colouring book is uniquely created from your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Every book is made-to-order specifically for you, which means we cannot resell returned items. Please review your images and book preview carefully before completing your purchase.

Printing Defects: We take pride in the quality of our products. If your colouring book arrives with a printing defect (such as misprints, missing pages, smudged ink, or binding issues), please contact us within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the defect when contacting us.

Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch. We will investigate with our shipping partner and, where appropriate, offer a goodwill replacement to ensure you receive your colouring book.
